Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and organized Sales Representatives to create, manage and maintain relationships with new smoke shop, vape shop, and specialty retail partners.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Experience in the smoke shop, vape shop, or specialty retail industry is preferred but not required.

Leadership @  DISTRO+

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed company targets in:
    • Revenue
    • New Customer Acquisition
    • Forecast Accuracy
    • End of Life/Excess Inventory Movement
  • Cold calling stores throughout Nevada and the Southwest to develop new business
  • Setting appointments for in-person meetings, delivery of samples and orders
  • Visiting stores regularly to check on inventory levels and provide sales support and training
  • Ensuring that stores are properly merchandised and displaying the most current products
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and working with stores to increase sales and profits
  • Managing and tracking orders and deliveries
  • Resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues that may arise
  • Weekly reporting to management on results
  • Ensuring that stores are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Overall Sales Efforts

  • Ensure proper inventory levels are forecasted.
  • Meet Sales Targets on a Monthly Basis
  • Management of entire order process to ensure cost-savings

Report Generation

  • Sales Pipeline Report Monthly
    • Prospects
    • Inventory value (total)
    • Travel Schedule
    • Deals/Quotes
  • Proven sales experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Great Presentation Skills
  • Self starter
  • Experience in smoke shop, vape shop, or specialty retail industry is a plus
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

This position is a commission only position with unlimited upside.
