Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and organized Sales Representatives to create, manage and maintain relationships with new smoke shop, vape shop, and specialty retail partners.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Experience in the smoke shop, vape shop, or specialty retail industry is preferred but not required.

Reports to:
Leadership @ DISTRO+
Key Responsibilities:
- Visiting stores regularly to check on inventory levels and provide sales support and training
- Ensuring that stores are properly merchandised and displaying the most current products
- Identifying new sales opportunities and working with stores to increase sales and profits
- Managing and tracking orders and deliveries
- Resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues that may arise
- Ensuring that stores are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Existing route of stores is a plus
- Proven sales experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Self starter
- Experience in smoke shop, vape shop, or specialty retail industry is a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
This position is a commission only position with unlimited upside. With success bonuses, including stock options and opportunities for growth and development.
