GPOPlus+ is an innovative and fast-growing publicly traded distribution company disrupting niche verticals with proprietary brands and a powerful infrastructure. Our DISTRO+ division focuses exclusively on the booming vape, smoke shop, and alternative product space.

We’ve done the hard part—built a high-performing distribution business to lend credibility to the call center, stocked high-margin trending products, and generated a 44,000+ smoke shop database. Now, we’re launching our outbound call center sales operation—and you’ll be the architect of this revenue engine.

You’ll work directly with executive leadership and have full control over product selection, pitch development, compensation structuring, strategy, and team recruitment.

Comp Plan

  • Equity compensation (shares in $GPOX stock) EVERYONE in the company has the opportunity to earn a large number of shares.
  • Competitive Base Salary: $6,000 – $9,000/month TBD based on experience and how much effort you will personally invest into making this a success.

Core Responsibilities

1. Program Creation & Strategic Setup

  • Develop the initial product offering from our catalog to present to wholesale customers.
  • Build and test sales scripts, pitch decks, and objection-handling frameworks.
  • Establish a competitive wholesale pricing model with tiered discounts.
  • Create a scalableperformance-driven compensation plan (“Comp Plan“) for individual reps and team leaders.
  • Develop a go-to-market sales strategy targeting vape & smoke shops nationwide.
  • Set KPIs, conversion targets, and reporting structures.

2. Call Center Launch & Infrastructure

  • Set up the call center infrastructure including DialPad, ZohoCRM, dashboards, and team workflows.
  • Update all the work stations to ensure they are operational with computers, headsets, dual monitors, etc.
  • Ensure ZohoCRM and communication tools are integrated with call tracking and performance analytics.

3. Team Building & Management

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard the first cohort of 3–5 sales reps with plans to fill up GPOX HQ. Once the room is full, we will expand to the Warehouse, giving us approximately 22 – 26 sales reps.
  • Industry average is $70k – $110k per month per seat, you get an override
  • Create and conduct training programs covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and CRM use.
  • Lead daily huddles, live call reviews, and ongoing coaching sessions.
  • Monitor KPIs and maintain a high-performance, goal-oriented culture.

4. Sales Execution & Optimization

  • Supervise daily sales activities: outbound calling, follow-ups, lead generation.
  • Adjust sales scripts and product offers based on real-time feedback.
  • Track and report key metrics: calls made, conversions, AOV, CAC, and revenue.
  • Ensure data hygiene and deal accuracy in CRM.
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing team for promotions and follow-up automation.

5. Growth & Expansion

  • Scale the team based on performance data.
  • Introduce new products and exclusive offers to the sales script.
  • Develop contests, tiered performance incentives, and sales programs.
  • Expand to additional verticals like CBD shops, independent c-stores, liquor stores, and gift shops at casinos.
  • Build a call library and referral program.

What You’ll Be Doing – A Day in the Life

Here is an example of what you will be doing day to day:

Start Your Day Early & Set the Tone:

  • Open the call center and ensure all systems are live and ready.
  • Conduct a quick morning huddle to review daily targets, give shoutouts, and energize the team.

Ensure Attendance & Accountability:

  • Monitor team punctuality and attendance.
  • Follow up immediately with any late or absent reps.

Lead, Coach, and Motivate:

  • Walk the sales floor actively—listen to calls, provide live coaching.
  • Jump on calls yourself if needed—show reps what “great” looks like.

Drive Sales Performance:

  • Track daily KPIs (calls made, talk time, presentations, and closes).
  • Push for daily, weekly, and monthly targets—both individual and team-wide.

Train & Develop Your Team:

  • Run ongoing training sessions to sharpen skills.
  • Provide 1-on-1 coaching and performance reviews.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Compile accurate end-of-day and weekly performance reports.
  • Use data to identify challenges and implement solutions.

End the Day Strong:

  • Wrap up with check-ins and encouragement.
  • Ensure systems are shut down and the team knows when to report to work next.

Qualifications

  • A go-getter who thrives under pressure and wants to build something big without fear of “building while flying.”
  • Self-starter who can move fast with little oversight, meaning you will have to be aggressive, and this project will fail or succeed based on your effort!
  • High-energy leadership style—you inspire others through action.
  • Exceptionally organized, process-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Experienced in sales leadership—especially B2B, telesales, and outbound programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and scale high-volume outbound call center sales teams, preferably with at least 10+ reps.
  • Ability to hire, train, motivate, and retain top performers.
  • Strategic thinker who understands how to align comp plans with behavior to drive maximum performance.
  • Obsessed with building a dynamic, high-performance, results-based culture grounded in metrics and accountability.
  • Consistently exceeds sales targets and drives revenue growth through focused execution.
  • Ability to develop winning scripts and strategies
  • Tech-savvy and confident with CRM optimization (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.), and VOIP platforms, reporting tools, and sales funnels.
  • Experience in the smoke shop, vape, CBD, or Delta 8 industry is helpful.

Goals & KPIs (Initial Phase)

  • Build an initial 5-rep team within 30 days.
  • Generate $50,000/month in wholesale revenue within the first 45 days.
  • Hit a 15% conversion rate on outbound pitches to send samples and a 5% conversion of samples into sales.
  • Maintain rep productivity of 75–150 calls/day.
