PRODUCT COORDINATOR

Location: Mineral Point, WI
Department: Product & Inventory
Reports To: Senior Director of Product, Inventory, and Analytics
Classification: Full-Time | Entry Level
Status: In-Office | Monday–Friday

POSITION SUMMARY

GPO Plus is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Coordinator to support the rapid growth of our product catalog. Based in Mineral Point, WI, this entry-level role is crucial in maintaining accurate product data, facilitating timely vendor communication, and ensuring internal systems are up-to-date and aligned with current product offerings.

The Product Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Director of Product, Inventory, and Analytics and play a key role in supporting our product operations team. With a high volume of SKUs being added regularly, this role demands precision, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the onboarding of new products by entering and maintaining product data across internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Communicate with vendors to gather missing product information, verify details, and resolve discrepancies
  • Track and update product specifications including case packs, UPCs, costs, images, and compliance documentation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure product accuracy across sales, logistics, and marketing materials
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and quality checks as needed for sample and launch readiness
  • Monitor timelines and follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines
  • Help prepare product decks, line sheets, and sales materials as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the Product & Inventory team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in Excel and Google Sheets (experience with Airtable a plus)
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a growing team
  • Previous experience in product support, admin, or inventory coordination a plus, but not required
