Core Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales Calls
    • Engage potential customers through outbound calls to promote our products.
    • Use persuasive communication skills to secure sales appointments and orders.
  •  Product Knowledge
    • Develop a deep understanding of our product catalog and industry trends.
    • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  • CRM Utilization
    • Input customer interactions and sales data into our CRM system (e.g., ZohoCRM).
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
  • Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with team leaders to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
